What you will receive
The Windows on-prem deployment of the loop you demoed: the workstation interface, the local engine path, and institution-hosted data, delivered as one deployment pack that runs on a machine your facility controls — so patient data never leaves your building. Published versions and checksums are listed below; installer access itself is arranged with your subscription.
How access works
The guided pilot road is the advised way for facilities scoping a full deployment. Access is pilot-gated, in four steps. Walkthrough: a guided session on synthetic data, scoped to what your facility asked about. Workplace visit: mapping departments, workflows, and infrastructure on site. Pilot setup: departments in scope, the controlled data path, and clinician review gates, agreed in writing. Facility deployment: institution-hosted setup with handover and ongoing support. How pricing is agreed follows the same four steps. A clinical system is never handed over as a file — deployment follows a pilot, agreed with your clinical and IT teams.
The off-the-shelf path
Subscribe-then-access, arranged with a person on the other side. Support and manuals activate with your subscription; contents and schedules are confirmed at arrangement. Contact details only — never send patient information.

Install on site
Install on your own Windows PCs with the deployment pack, arranged with your IT team. Your data stays on machines you control.
Support activates
Support activates with your subscription. You talk to the team that deployed you.
Manuals activate
Manuals activate with your subscription. Guides per role, from receptionist through billing.
What your facility provides
Where engineering has not signed a figure, the item is arranged with your IT — never assumed.
An IT contact and a named system owner
The person who runs the system with us and owns the support contact — recorded before anything is scoped.
A host your facility controls
Your server or your cloud tenancy holds the deployment, and the database lives on that machine under your backup policy. Specific hosting and sizing are arranged with your IT.
A controlled environment
Users created with the right roles, separation of duties, a backup schedule, and one completed restore drill before go-live.
A clinical working group
Service selection, open institutional decisions with named owners, shareable master-data lists, and a study visit with the teams who will use the system.

The update channel is the operating fact: staged rings with administrator consent and off-hours windows. Verify any installer against its checksum before running it.
