  4. 4. The doctor drafts the note, adds from voice or photo, completes the review gate, then runs advisory instruments.
  5. 5. Lab runs the haemoglobin order and closes the read back task. Pharmacy dispenses only signed prescriptions.
  6. 6. Bill posts tariff exact charges, shows the receipt plus claim and indicator lines, then closes the visit.
